  • We’ve made the membership subscription process at TCJAX very simple. Start by reviewing our membership plans, and choose the one that best suits you. Once you’ve decided, click the appropriate “Sign up” button and follow the instructions for payment. Once payment has been made, you will be provided access to a member only area and account settings page for further customization of your member experience.

  • Yes, based on a comprehensive analysis of member utilization patterns and events costs, the TCJAX Board decided in 2022 to reduce the number and types of plans to two: Individual and Corporate. We believe these two plans offer the optimal balance between member value and fiscal responsibility for the Club.

  • No, Membership is not required to have a website account. Having a website account will shorten the check out process for when you register to events as a guest, as well as ensure you stay up to date with latest news and information from TCJAX.

  • Yes, we have an open policy with respect to guests at most TCJAX events, including our Monthly Luncheon series. You may attend as many as you like as a guest, however, if you plan on attending more than 5 luncheons in a calendar year, it will be more cost effective to choose a membership plan.

  • Whether you are a member or a guest, we encourage you to register for TCJAX events in advance. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate walk-ups to events.

  • No problem at all, in most cases we can provide a full refund, as long as we have advance notice. Please send a request to info@tcjax.com.

  • No, we do not restrict membership to industry professionals, however, we do have the expectation that our Club events honor our commitment to supporting the professional development of its members, as well as promoting & growing the industry with education in transportation, logistics & related industries.

  • Yes, our organization is 100% volunteer-led. If you are interested in getting involved with Club leadership, please let us know by filling out the form on our Contact Us page.
