More than $340,000 raised since 2010!

About Children’s Safe Passage

The Children’s Safe Passage (CSP) organization was founded in 2010 with the support of AGX CEO Mike Williams, following the devastating loss of 7-year-old Somer Thompson in 2009, who was tragically abducted and murdered by a sexual predator. Since its inception, CSP has been dedicated to preventing violence and sexual exploitation against children in the Northeast Florida community, and beyond.

At the heart of CSP is the memory of Somer and our ongoing partnership with her mother, Diena Thompson. Together, we work to identify worthy beneficiaries for the funds raised through CSP's efforts. Over the years, we proudly collaborated with the Monique Burr Foundation (MBF), standing shoulder to shoulder with them as their impactful work expanded nationwide.

In 2024, CSP turned its focus to supporting the extraordinary mission of the Tim Tebow Foundation (TTF), which emphasizes locating and rescuing victims of child sexual exploitation both in the U.S. and around the globe. This December, CSP presented TTF with a $15,000 donation, representing the collective efforts of the players, volunteers, and sponsors of the 2024 Children’s Safe Passage Charity Golf Tournament.

The Transportation Club of Jacksonville is proud to be a presenting sponsor of this annual tournament and to contribute to the life-changing work of organizations like the Tim Tebow Foundation. We invite individuals and organizations to join us in supporting TTF’s critical mission and making a difference in the fight to protect children everywhere.
